About Us
Established nearly 20 years ago, The Trust owned a majority stake in a long-term liquefied natural gas (LNG) license issued by the U.S. Department of Energy, one of the first of its kind. It was instrumental in persuading the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) to adapt rules for micro LNG facilities. Presently, The Trust’s diverse investments span oil and gas, free trade zones, real estate, and media, including a joint venture with rights to over 1.5 billion barrels of natural bitumen. It has formed partnerships with leading oil and gas firms and Fortune 500 companies, underlining its broad industry impact.
The Trust manages a varied portfolio through ownership, operations, or joint ventures, including companies like Searaven Glauben, Tonson International, and Heskey Capital Limited, with entities registered across Europe, the USA, and the Caribbean. A hallmark of The Trust is its dedication to responsible resource use, pledging up to 70% of profits to cancer research, social welfare, and fostering positive global economic change.
